Every Sunday, 9:00am from the shop, groups of mountain bikers leave Heales for the wilds of Epping Forest. You're more than welcome to join us, whatever your ability, there are always others of similar experience. During the winter a road ride leaves the shop on Wednesday at 6:00pm. It is advised to call first to confirm these rides before turning up.

If you want to join us, simply give us a call or come along at 9.00am on any Sunday.  All we ask is that you wear a Helmet, have a maintained cycle and carry a spare innertube. If you do not have a Helmet, then we have an excellent range at the Shop. If you require any maintenance, no problem, just contact us in advance.
